Galatians 3:28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.

Greetings in our Lord's Name,

We wanted you to rejoice with us in the salvation of two souls in the last few weeks. Rodrico comes to our church from Kingman about forty-five miles away. Because of the distance and his financial circumstances he is not able to attend regularly. He comes about twice a month. We have been praying for his salvation for a few months. On the first day of our recent revival services Rodrico came forward and accepted Christ as his Savior. The following week another church in Kingman was also holding revivals. We attended a couple of meetings as well as several of the families from our church. On the last night of their services one of our men, Paul, came forward for salvation and Steve was able to lead him to Christ.

Steve is now counseling Paul and his fiance for marriage. We look forward to this young couple establishing a new family upon the Word of God.

We hope to see both Rodrico and Paul follow the Lord in baptism very soon.

Thank you for your prayers for our family. We have seen such a wonderful response over the past several months that we are certain there will be spiritual attacks upon us or our church folk very soon. We always need God's strength and protection, but we ask for an extra measure now. Jackie continues to do well at Ambassador Baptist College in North Carolina. And the kids at home are learning to do school more with dad. Sherry has recently begun working as a teachers aid at one of the schools that services the reservation. Dad and kids are doing fine! Please keep Drew in your prayers also. He is now living in Atlanta, and desperately needs to start making some Christ-centered decisions.

Just three weeks ago we were buried under 2+ feet of snow.  The first scheduled night of our revival services we were taking our evangelist to church when we slid off the road and hit a guard rail which kept us from plummeting 30 feet off a cliff onto the railroad tracks below.  We thank you for your ongoing prayers for the ministry here, but also for your prayers for our personal protection.

Steve also took on the responsibilities of the mission board and is learning each day. This new task has been confused by some. He is still a missionary pastoring on the Hualapai reservation. Steve's dad is also still assisting the work at San Carlos. We all need your prayers as we continue the transition and try to lead the mission forward under our dear Lord's direction.

For God's Glory,

Steven R. De Ford and family
