And thou shalt rejoice in every good thing which the LORD thy God hath given unto thee, and unto thine house...Deuteronomy 26:11
Dear Fellow Laborers,
We certainly have much to be thankful for in our Lord Jesus Christ. Steve has been preaching through Ephesians on Sunday morning were we find we are blessed "with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ." To be assured of heaven as our eternal home is the greatest blessing of all. We thank God we have the privilege of sharing this message among the Hualapai to whom the Holy Spirit has called us.
We averaged 64 in our Sunday morning services for the month of March. That is a new monthly high average. We are looking forward to April and Resurrection Sunday for a potential new high for a single service and monthly average high. We continue to see new people coming to church and Bible studies.
Seven men went with Steve to the Bill Rice Ranch West Branch Mens' Retreat this past month. Thirteen ladies are already registered to go with Sherry to the Ladies' Conference this month.
The excellent numbers are an encouragement to us, but the Spiritual growth is especially encouraging. We continue to reap the benefits of the revival meetings we held in February. God has given us many good things for which we rejoice.
In "family news", Sherry has been able to work consistently as a teachers aid at the school that most of our youth from church attend. Jackie has successfully completed mid-terms at Ambassador Baptist College and will start finals May first. Please pray we will have the $2,100 needed for her to take her tests. Molly and the three younger boys are doing well in their homeschool studies. Manny is looking forward to helping this summer in VBS for the first time. Steve has stayed busy preparing messages and getting plans made for this years Independent Baptist Indian Mission Retreat to be held in Keokuk, IA where the Dunlaps serve as finance office administrators.
Thank you for your faithful prayers and support of this ministry. We trust our Lord will continue to bless each of you as you are such a blessing to us.
For God's Glory-the Steve De Ford family
